1. Booking and confirmation
You send a booking request through our website or on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it on WhatsApp. We confirm your pickup time and place with you before the flight.
2. Price
Your price depends on the flight you choose, the number of passengers and your pickup location. It is shown before you send your booking. Pickup outside Marrakech has an additional charge per vehicle. Private group prices are confirmed on WhatsApp.
3. Payment
We confirm how and when to pay when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
4. Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before the flight: free cancellation.
- Less than 48 hours before the flight: 50% of the price is due.
- No-show, or not at the pickup point at the confirmed time: the full price is due.
To cancel or change your booking, message us on WhatsApp.
5. Cancellation for weather or safety
The pilot decides each morning whether it's safe to fly. If your flight is cancelled because of the weather or for safety reasons, we offer you another date or a full refund.
6. Flight times
Take-off times follow the sunrise and the weather. We may adjust your pickup time and will tell you on WhatsApp.
7. Passengers
- Every passenger must be named in the booking.
- Passengers must follow the pilot's and crew's instructions at all times.
- High heels and pets are not allowed.
- The pilot may refuse a passenger who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose condition makes the flight unsafe.
